Owner and founding member:

The Lawyer Giuseppe Sorrenti was born on April 2st 1965.

sorrentiAfter classical studies, he enrolled at the Faculty of Law at the University of Bologna, graduating in March 1992 with a thesis in Private Law’s Institutions entitled “La Società di Fatto – Società irregolare, società occulta e società apparente”, supervisor Prof. Massimo Franzoni (President of Commission, Prof. Francesco Galgano).

Since 1993 he is trainee lawyer authorized to forensic defence, since October 1997 is registered to the order of Bologna lawyers (at n. 3794). He practices in front of higher jurisdictions and he’s pleading at the Supreme Court.

It mainly deals national and international contracts, debt collection, commercial law, transport law, as well as consulting in the corporate law, civil law, family law, insurance law and in litigation and arbitration.

 

Professional Collaborators:

 

he Lawyer Mattia Pecchini was born on November 1st 1982.

After scientific studies, in September 2001 he enrolled at the Faculty of Law at the University of Bologna, graduating Legal Sciences in March 2005 with a thesis in Criminal Law on the principle of legality in criminal law, supervisor Prof. Nicola Mazzacuva, and in Law in June 2007 with a thesis in Fundamental Rights entitled “I trattamenti sanitari obbligatori: profili costituzionali”, supervisor Prof. Luca Mezzetti.

Since September 2007 he has been Trainee Lawyer at the Giuseppe Sorrenti’s law firm, while since February 2011 is registered to the order of Bologna lawyers (at n. 7045).

It mainly deals national and international contracts, debt collection, commercial law, transport law, as well as consulting in the corporate law, civil law and in litigation.
